One academic session shall consist of two unit tests and two terms examination. Both unit tests have a weightage counting for promotion. The average aggregate for each subject will come to a maximum of 100 at the end of the academic year. Monthly tests are held regularly.
Absence from any exam-part or full will involve a total loss of grades.
It is compulsory for a student to appear in all the examinations (including unit test) and must score the required pass percentage.
Absence from one or more subjects involves the loss of grades of those subjects and also excludes the student from being considered for the order of merit in the examination.
A student absent from an examination for any reason is not re-examined and those absent from an examination without grave reason will be considered as have failed.
The pass percentage for any subject or for promoion is 40%.
The examination shall not be brought forward or postponed for individual students. The examination date will be notified in the diary on the Notice Boards.
Re examination will not be conducted for a student who is absent for any reason in any examinations and without grave reason the student will be considered as failed.
